Dir en grey has been expanding its reach internationally. In the year since the simultaneous release of its 7th album UROBOROS in 17 countries worldwide, the band has performed all over the world, including the opening gig in Osaka (UROBOROS ~breathing~), the Kerrang! Tour 2009 in Europe, and two local concert tours (TOUR09 FEAST OF V SENSES and TOUR09 ALL VISIBLE THINGS).
Now Dir en grey presents its latest single Hageshisato Kono Mune no Naka de Karamitsuita Shakunetsu no Yami, which combines the roaring instrumentals and frontman Kyo's vocals with the participation of foreign sound engineers. The coupling songs are new recordings of the band's early numbers Zan and Shokubeni, the latter recorded in a single take only!
